“This property is nice and quiet and not too close to the road for road noise. The check in experience was pretty good. The young lady working the desk was hospitable and cordial. The room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was great and the options were very nice. We encountered a few issues on our trip with the pool being out of order and the elevator being out of service. “The facility was clean, but 2 restaurants seemed to be closed. Pool was in bad shape and closed. Broken glass on corridor floor from previous day's mowing. Staff didn't seem very outgoing or welcoming. The smell of freshener in the room was overpowering. Moved to another motel for the second night.”

“Absolutely the cleanest hotel we've been to in many years! Very friendly staff both at check in and when we left. I was doing a horse training clinic and worked for 2-1/2 hours straight after travelling 8 hours from Ohio and my legs were very tired and hurt badly, the huge tub was clean enough to suit me and I took a long soak in it. “This was the perfect stop for me and my pugs. I was traveling through, and it was a gem to find such a comfy spot for one (or two if you need a romantic get away). Hosts were super friendly and easy to talk to. My pugs loved the chickens and I loved the peace and quiet of the wind flowing through the trees. The pictures don’t do it justice, it is rustic, but comfortable.”
